I have not been pleased and do not use this. It has a funny smell to it when I keep water with ice in it. I have washed it rinsed it and it still has an unpleasent oder. I would not recommend this

See the two one-starred reviews here, particularly ScottSD's review. I came here to post a similar experience. I bought the wide mouth bottle for my daughter. She used it today, she tasted a metallic taste and found a green substance around the rim of the bottle. It's coming from the lid.

I love this klean kanteen better than the regular mouth. It took a long time after researching on what water bottles I should buy and I was stuck between Sigg and KK. After reading a news article about Sigg bottles contain an inner lining, I went with Klean Kanteen.

I have had the wide mouth Klean Kanteen for about a month now. This is a quality product that is a lot safer than drinking out of a plastic container. It has been so easy to clean because of the wide mouth. I can also fit ice cubes in it for ice cold water. Overall this product has made it very convenient to carry a large amount of water around with me in a sturdy container.

The wide mouth water bottle is great! I use this at work and it is so much easier to use with the ice machine. :) I like having a reusable water bottle instead of constantly using disposable glasses. Knowing that this is food-grade stainless steel and can be put in the dishwasher is an added bonus. :) (The Klean Kanteen folks need to make these with colors too!)
